In simple words, you can’t use 32-bit installation of Windows to prepare the bootable USB of 64-bit Windows. This is because, you can’t prepare the bootable USB of 64-bit of Windows 10 on a PC running Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1. Important: Before you proceed to prepare your Windows 10 bootable media, please check the version of Windows 7/8/8.1 on which you are going to make the bootable USB of Windows.
